Science you can understand.
I’m Brooke Quinn. I turn sleep science and complex health information into education people can use. Through Quinnspired, I work with organizations on educational content, training, and speaking—and share resources, stories, and questions through Signal & Clue and Watson & Sherlock.

Meet Brooke
I’m Brooke Quinn, founder of Quinnspired, with an MSc in Sleep Medicine from the University of Oxford and a background as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).

My work brings sleep science, clinical research, and education into clearer conversations. I care about the questions people are left with—and making the science easier to understand and use.

Watson & Sherlock grew from my son’s bedtime questions. The books bring that curiosity into stories for children and their grown-ups.

At home with my family in North Carolina, I’m usually still asking “why?”
